Mortgages

A repayment mortgage is a mortgage where your monthly payment includes interest and capital equal to the amount required to ensure the outstanding loan amount will be repaid at the end of term of the mortgage. Thus if you keep up payments on your mortgage it will be repaid at the end of the mortgage term.
